Stout branching Guatemalan tree Yucca to 5m, eventually, as the specific name suggests, growing a huge flared base. OK outdoors and in the ground in mild areas. Don’t overwater, esp. when cold.

In time forms massive branched bases, as the name suggests.
Thick stem cuttings at the nursery.
This form was in New Zealand 30 years ago (before the mass imports began).
